Hello pals, yet another time! This is a very short piece put together as I reflect on leadership training. Hope you enjoy it! I wrote it while at the ministries area in Accra and saw people’s “busy-ness”, moving up and down…

Anyways, drop your favorite topic , you wish i could blog on, in the comment section…

Our world is in a hurry. Quick and easy way to get money, Fast foods, instant coffee or tea, ready-made goods and offer of easy solutions to difficult problems are trendy in our generation.

Unfortunately, many have falsely applied this rule to the making of a leader. They expect an emergence of a Moses without the wilderness experience.
Leadership without a price tag is nothing but ‘Hollywood fantasy’.

Most people want ‘Emergency Sanctification’. (wrote this while an ambulance pass by)… In God’s Army, good soldiers are not by human standards and criteria, such as good looks, physique and academic acumen (wrote this as some military men bypass me), but a good heart.

A Good heart includes such words as almighty ‘INTEGRITY'(a word which cannot be fully explained), HONESTY, BLAMELESSNESS AND PURITY.

David was blessed with such a heart which earned him the epithet: “A MAN AFTER GOD’S OWN HEART”

…Move away from ‘shoddiness’ and ‘superficiality’, and plunge into the pool of seriousness and depth of Character

Endure the training, keep the faith, press on, don’t look back, strain for the prize ahead…

God Bless!!!

Hey guys!!! It been a long time. I am back again. I am delighted to share some thoughts on an interesting topic.

I have been thinking about it for some time now.

Do you remember a time when you had to make a choice and each option was equally unpleasant?. This mess is called a dilemma: Many people face all kinds of dilemmas in life, and the choice they make can have long-lasting impacts.

Some people have resided to terms called “GOOD BAD”… Meaning doing bad things in a good way

A train with broken brakes is speeding towards a fork in the tracks. On the left, there is a woman crossing with her two children; on the right, there is a man doing routine maintenance on the tracks. The engineer must decide which side to aim the speeding train towards.

If you ever find yourself in such dilemma, most people suggest that you take the option that is less evil.

Hmmmm…But either way is evil, whether big or small.

So in the case of the train. Taking the option that kills only 1 person appears the best Option…

Who determines what is good? And who determines what is bad? What is the standard of ethics that everyone must meet?

Errors do not cease to be errors simply because they’re ratified into law.
E.A. Bucchianeri

There is nothing that strengthens the ego more than being right. Being right is identification with a mental position – a perspective, an opinion, a judgement, a story. For you to be right, of course, you need someone else to be wrong, as so the ego loves to make wrong in order to be right…

You thoughts are welcomed in the comments section on MORAL DILEMMA

Do you have a close friend? I don’t just mean someone to call for lunch, but I mean a genuinely close friend.

The kind of friend you talked to about anything and everything. The kind of friend who just laughed when you said something really dumb. The kind of friend you could really let your hair down with. The kind of Friend you knew would be there if you needed someone to talk to, or if you were in real trouble, or if you were hurting.

After we tear out calendar pages of school days gone by, we get down to tasks of establishing a career, choosing a life partner, starting a family, building a life, and accumulating things. During these times, not much time for friends is available.

Friends nowadays want to be friends for benefits and conditions. CONDITIONAL FRIENDSHIPS

Its even hard among the youth, and hardest among opposite sex. Ladies are befriending because of some money or airtime or outings they get, some guys also make love proposals, ‘sexual advancements’ on female friends just because they spend money and make time for them.

Daniel Kyei

We don’t have someone to share our deepest dreams and fears with. We don’t have anyone who is willing to just listen, to simply be a friend and listen.

Most suicide cases could be reduced if true friendships start erupting. Can you be a true friend to somebody today?

Let's commit ourselves to being true friends and develop healthy platonic relationships, it pays to offer advice for free and to have someone hear you Out...

God bless you!

Free Slaves

Heyy!!! I know I said we’d be discussing part 4 today, but I’d like this to be a stand alone. It could also qualify as a part 4 though, since it is continuing our main idea.

We are free from sin, but we are slaves unto righteousness. (Romams 6: 18)Don’t be angry. Please read on.

When we were set free, we were set free from sin. Then, from our place of freedom, we made a choice to follow Christ. Now we have decided to serve God, and thus, serve righteousness. Are you confused? Holy Spirit please help us.

Okay. So you owe me, and because of that I make you work for me without pay. Then, I forgive you and ask you to go scot free. Then, because you feel bad for not being able to pay, you decide to continue working for me, still without pay. So you’re free…

You can call them, the pendulum converts; they never want to stay right. even a simple pendulum at one point in motion comes to still.

how do you view consistency? are you consistent in your way of life? this could be a fallacy with the so called ‘ADDICTS’. i call them so called because addictions could be broken. it might not be easy, but can still be, in the long run.

Robert Collier

the life of most people have been oscillating or better still vacillating. they never get to continue doing the one thing that is right. they keep wavering in sin. commit this sin today, ask for forgiveness, cry and cry and cry over it. after a few days of acclaimed holy life, here they are asking forgiveness because they have committed the same sin again.

What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? - Romans 6:1-2

until when are you going to stop that sin that entangles you?, until you miss the rapture?. That addiction, that sin is having more precedence that it should.

My Birthday gift to you – 2

When I first stepped foot in the school as a student, I got bullied by some men who were wearing faded uniforms sitting under a tree at the famous ‘GOASE’ canteen…they looked older than I expected of students in high school…

Initially, I thought they were cleaners or probably messengers who loved the blue uniform, who just wanted to adorn themselves with at least a faded magic Jersey…Not knowing, those were …hmmm, I will tell you later.lol

Hey Boy!, Come Here!

So a call came in hey Boy!, Come Here!..There were a lot of boys so which boy were they referring to? As a matter of fact, I didn’t even turn because then, my hard self told me that I’M A MAN, NOT BOY! You could easily tell of a first year student in presec, with their ‘khakie trousers’ and white shirt, hehe…many white shirts were loitering about, so which of the shirts was to be the ‘LAMB FOR THE SLAUGHTER’…

The Call came Again!

The call came again, this time round I decided to turn and see who is trying to get my attention… Unfortunately, the so-called ‘MESSENGERS AND CLEANERS’ were calling someone in my direction…Whaaat! Me??? Daniel Oppong Kyei??, maybe, it was the guy beyond me? So I looked behind me to call the other guy for them…the shout came a third time, YOU! YOU! yes the one there…

The lot fell on me. What would a cleaner want to do with me? I said to myself. So I walk gallantly towards them, to give them a gist of my adroit.

Fast forward. To my utmost surprise, these people I called messengers were actually students… They were form 4’s. Those who went to school 2015 can bear me witness, that group was the last to meet the form 4’s…Herh, these guys were “GROWEEZY”…so one of them started toasting me, sweet talking me…little did I know that his hand was looking for my pocket(His hand had eyes)….they took all my money…Ah, how? A whole me!. ..

It happened again and again. Finally, I knew my way around the school, so it never happened…

Most students are encouraged to enter clubs in first year. There were many clubs; Quiz writers and debaters club, robotics, aviation club, science and maths club and some others. I found love with the quiz writers and debaters club, we learnt a lot. Writing, arguing your writing to make it interesting, and debating…lessons, inspiration, motivation, scripture Union. One of the most organized SU’s I’ve seen was in Presec…they had boarders SU and day students SU( to cater for the spiritual needs of the day students) aside the famous school retreats(that the whole school fasts)…Rev Dompreh and Rev Percy and Rev. Laryea. These ministers of God were disciplined…God bless them all…there are a lot more things you’ll get from senior high school… Everybody has their own experience…I remember how these SU and PENSA people dey chase we on quiet time and devotional things. Today, we look back and it has yielded maximum results. God’s plan for everyone is unique. Obviously Shs experiences are alot, you can’t share all

Until you have made God proud in creating and bringing you into this world, do not stop

Be rooted.

Be grounded.

Thanks for your audience, guys

My Birthday Gift to you

Hello Beloved, you may be pleased to know that today is my birthday. As always, the day is dedicated to prayer and reflection over life and ministry. The song up there has been ringing in my heart, so I decided to upload it…Enjoy!!!

Today, April 19 I am … years of age. Still calculating my age, the computation is not yielding fast results… I will Put it here soon. Lol. but, I’m actually growing. A year passed and another hurried after it. There’s a source from which all cultures rise. Generations go and generations come.

Every old man I see, reminds me of old age. How would I look like?, what would I have achieved?, these are some of the many questions I ask myself. my theology even gives me further thoughts, would I even grow old before the Lord’s coming?

According to Richard J. Needham, There are seven ages of man: spills, drills, thrills, bills, ills, pills and wills.

Ah well, it looks like Richard’s philosophy seems true…Having a birthday is a lot better than not having one. After all, The number one cause of death is too many birthdays, the more your birthday, the closer to death…whether you celebrate God on your birthday or not, life still continues… Join me as I scroll you briefly through my life

This period is the formative years of every Ghanaian child. My story was no different. This is where many young people pick up some weird nicknames and they live to regret and wished they never had them…For me, my race took me to ANCHOR OF HOPE SCHOOL…Anchor of Hope was in Mempeasem, EAST LEGON. Those days it used to be the international school for the area oo, hwe, receiving encomiums from the other schools…but i gave an Exodus before the school stopped. My next Chapter continued in ELICAN SCHOOL, still in session, at the old premise, Mempeasem-Accra junction… This was a school that dealt with your child’s flamboyance and flair and we were no exception. Made some couple of friends there and continued my journey to MADINA S.D.A school, still a great school, around Madina Rawlings circle…As for Madina S.D.A, I spent a whole decade in that School, coupled with experiences upon experiences. It was in S.D.A I had a food poisoning that coincidentally landed me in the hands of a medical practitioner at 37 military Hospital who was also an old student of Madina S.D.A…hmm, this world!

If you’re seeing this blog today, then it means I survived the food poison. The details will make you laugh and lose focus, let’s continue… Lol…Maybe, I can ‘brag’ as one of the few people who sat in every class in SDA, Madina. I knew every NOOK AND CRANNY of the school. I gained regrettable nicknames in a local ghanaian dilect ‘twi’ like ‘OBOONANA‘ translated ‘FOOD KING‘ or ‘KING OF FOOD’. But I’ve been wondering where all my food energies passed. I’ve lost them all, I cannot completely recall all my experiences in SDA, but I know it was great…finally, I can sure boast of (with proof) my academic glissade and grandiose achievements. With a few, competition here and there! I always managed to be in the top three(3) in my class until I met my ‘meter’. I met a great impetus. For the first time, I wasn’t part of the top 10, then even top 5, and to come to even think of top 3…maybe my flaunt had entered my head, it was unexplainable…

…Have you taken a 30 Cain lashes on your ‘GLUTEUS MAXIMUS’ aka ‘BUTT‘ aka ‘BACKSIDE‘ aka ‘BUTTOCKS‘ while touching your toe??? Herh, that day will i never forget, I was in Class Six then…Long story short, the teacher became one of my favorite teachers before I left SDA… about the BECE, it went well, and I got admission to PRESEC LEGON…and the story continues

Presec LEGON was like a dream come true. After all, even now, every young Ghanaian boy wants to wear the blue shirt, also called the ‘MAGIC JERSEY’. SHS was obviously not like JHS. I had to adapt new study habits and stuff like that. But it wasn’t devoid of the fun anyway. Sooner than later, admissions had come, fees were been paid. By the time I realised, the GRACE OF GOD had me ready for school…fast forward, it was the week before first years’ arrivals…Being a first year was another headache to carry!

But I’m tired, my fingers hurt…ouch!!! You know what let’s continue l8a

Warm greetings from me to you. By His grace, we are all fine and doing well

Before anything else, subscribe to this blog to get notified anytime I publish…scroll to the end to subscribe with email…Thanks!

Alright, you are officially welcome to this blog. This is the second part of matters of the heart.

Jesus once had an invitation to eat in one Simon’s house. As they sat down and were eating, one woman( a harlot and a sinner) came in. She wept at Jesus’ feet, used her tears to wash His feet and her hair to clean it. Ah well, this action by the woman could mean a lot of things. Any bigot has the right to beget the woman.

Many Pharisees, then, always had their way out through the law. They always knew when and how to make the law work for them. In this story, while she was doing this, Jesus and the owner were busy talking. The man was saying something to Jesus, BUT IN HIS HEART.

He did not know that Jesus had the ability to know what he was saying in his heart. Jesus who wanted to ‘puncture’ his heart suddenly stood abruptly and said ‘Simon’ He said “Yes sir”. Jesus asked, ” when I came to your house, did you give me water to wash my feet? Did you give me towel to clean my feet?

The Natural heart of a human, never thinks something good for a neighbor…the story ended when Jesus said He who is forgiven much, loves much

What is the condition of your heart?

What goes on in your heart?

Is your heart right with God?

Have your affections been nailed to the cross?

Are you internally converted?

You may appear zealous and people are praising God for you, but does God say that about you?

God knows your quiet predisposition towards money that makes you press on saying, “Yes it will soon be all right, it will soon be all right.”

he knows your zeal is because you are looking for money. God knows many that look gentle because power has not come into their hands yet. He knows how your heart will hold tenaciously to power if He should just show you a little power. He knows what you will do…

You remember God regretted over Saul. I keep praying for myself. “God, don’t ever have a reason to regret that you expose me to the work of the ministry and identified my name with your work“.

When God desires to use us, the first thing He checks and checks again is the HEART. SO, if you want to commit yourself to God, you must check the HEART first.

Do you see a seed of pride and arrogance in you which might spring up if He should fertilise you with anointing?

If God gets a correct man in you to lavish His power on, the church will change overnight.

You can become great in the hands of God…Issues concerning the heart cannot be changed by one party alone, whether God alone( that will be abuse of Will) and man alone(too frail and powerless)

May God Almighty, the Good and true, bless you, as you undertake this spiritual exercise

The natural heart is not conducive for any spiritual service. God gives every man an opportunity to be prepared for divine Use. However, various men respond differently to this divine gesture from the Almighty God depending on the kind of heart they bear.

The heart is one of the vital organs in the body, if not the most important. Many have failed dealing with issues concerning the heart. The heart is an important organ, whether considering it spiritually or physically. Is the heart more of a spiritual entity than a physical one? Or vice versa, when you are asked this question, what is the heart?. How do you answer it?.

This piece is not to tell you what the heart is but attempt to share some thoughts on it.

Harry Ironside, a theologian and Teacher has said, “The testimony of the lips indicates the state of the Heart”.

What then, is the state of the Heart?Harry relates the heart to the mouth/speech/words. Does that mean the heart is connected to any part of the body? And if it is connected, is it physically or spiritually or both?.

There are many things that are important in religion: what one believes (doctrine, beliefs, theology); what one does (actions, conduct, works, morals, ethics); how one feels (sincere, bad, good, bad, indifferent); how one worships (ritual, lithurgy, tradition).

Can any of the above be achieved without the heart? Ofcourse, NO. Maybe, I might be right when I conclude that ‘The condition of the heart is the most important part of any service’.

The heart can be defined as the physical organ that pumps blood in an organism, but rarely does the bible refer the heart as a physical organ. Just in a few instances.

It is known that the heart appears 850 times in the Old and New Testaments.

The heart is innermost spring of personal life; the source of all thoughts and plans, attitudes and desires, motives and choices; deep seat of 1. Intellect 2. Emotions 3. Will

INTELLECT – the heart is used to refer to the mind. Have you realized you always think about things you love? Some claim the heart is the center of cognitive and imaginative processes

EMOTIONS – happiness, envy, pride, courage, fear, peace, compassion all emanate from where?, the HEART! Scripture says “the Mouth speaks the things that are in the heart”(Matthew 12:34)

WILL – a person’s character is determined by the condition of his or her heart.

What God wants is what John Wesley called the “the perfection of the Will”- human hearts transformed and made responsive to Grace, overflowing with love for God, neighbor and oneself.

Hearts that have hardened to human need and grown cold to divine love can soften, warm, change, and be renewed, through the gracious gift of God(Ezekiel 36:25-28).

The condition of the heart is made known only to God…to be human is to make judgements based on external criteria: what one believes, how one behaves, the way one appears. But God sees beneath the surface to the heart

What is condition of your heart?

When you’re promoted in your job, when your see any upliftment, how do you feel?

The State of your heart is key to the acceptance of your worship to God…

The world will begin to change drastically when we individually assess the status of our hearts.

Prices of hand sanitizers have short up, from Ghç10 to Ghç45.00 among other price ranges…

This post is a DO-IT-YOURSELF Project(‘DIY’ PROJECT)..

2. One-third(1/3) cup of aloe Vera Gel

3. 8-10 drops essential oil ( such as lavender, Vanilla, Peppermint, grapefruit. THIS IS OPTIONAL

Mix Ingredients in a bowl and stir with a spoon…Pour into any bottle and use

However, you may want to think twice before you join the DIY hand sanitizer bandwagon. According to medical experts, hand sanitizer isn’t the most effective way to clean your hands, washing them with soap and water is.

My name is Mr. Nobody. I was born in the land of the nobody’s, when I was a young man I studied to be a nobody. I worked in nothingness, capital city of the land of the nobody’s. I liked travelling, and I made several voyages. It was an interesting life. Lol

How can this be an interesting life.

This will indeed be a boring introduction by someone to tell about his or her life.

Your life is characterised by how you use your time. The day you were born, where and how you grew up will be best explained by how you tell it with time.

We kill time. We save time. We rob and get robbed of time, we lose time, and we have all the time in the world. But no one of us is powerful enough to stop the march of time or slow it down.

Is it something far beyond our control? In fact, no. While we cannot influence the flow of time, we still can get the most out of it.

Being the master of your time means getting more done, staying energized, and doing more things you enjoy.

So If you are a student, you have a class and decide to stay in your room and watch movies, REMEMBER!!! THAT IS HOW YOU ARE USING YOUR TIME…

Each one of us is accountable of how we used our time, you cannot blame someone else of how you used your time.

The two most powerful warriors are patience and time. – Leo Tolstoy, War and Peace.

Punctuality is the thief of time. – Oscar Wilde, The Picture of Dorian Gray.

Time is the wisest counselor of all. – Pericles.

Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend. – Theophrastus

TIME is running and LIFE is running. Where do you want your life to be?, gear your time towards that angle.

I guess I become a liar when your life does not turnout as you spent your time.

There was once a young man who came to Jesus and asked Him “Teacher, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?”.

Most of us would consider this person a ripe candidate for preaching the Gospel to, and would grab this opportunity with both hands, in fact this is a common question that many people even today have.

Jesus however knew what was in the man’s heart. He did what most of us would find very strange. He answered saying there is none good but one, that is, God”. He goes on to ask this man to keep the commandments of God. This is shocking to most of us, we today know that He is the way, The truth and the eternal life that this young man was looking for, yet Jesus did not answer his question directly.

The young man then answered that he kept the commandments of God from his youth, he wanted to know what else is needed for eternal life. Jesus replied “go and sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me”. At this point the young man was very disappointed, with a sorrowful heart he walked away.

Jesus knew deep down that this man was wealthy, although he loved God, his love for the world was much greater. He was willing to let go of little things but his heart was really tied to his material possessions and deep down he was not prepared to let go of the worldly things.

Money was the young man’s God, and Jesus wanted to dethrone that God(money) out of his heart so that the God who is eternal life can reside in him.

We have a tendency to go after material goods and earthly riches.

Many young men just like this young man spend most of their time in ‘BET‘ offices and buildings, some classic and learned ones will take advantage of the internet, sit in their homes and BET their lives away.

If it is not the love of money, then what is it?. People are doing everything possible for quick money, some go to the extent of even killing colleagues in workplaces for their positions.

All because of fame and money

these things are temporary and drive us away from God. Remember God can see our hearts and He knows our deepest desires.

1. HOPE instead of DESPERATION

2. FAITH instead of DESPAIR

3. COURAGE instead of FEAR

4. PEACE of mind instead of CONFUSION

7. The RESPECT of others instead of their PITY and CONTEMPT

10. A clean PATTERN of life instead of a PURPOSEFUL EXISTENCE

11. The LOVE and UNDERSTANDING of our families instead of their DOUBTS and FEARS

12. The FREEDOM of a HAPPY life instead of the BONDAGE of an ADDICTION

Something wrong could be done better, there is always a way around our ways and a thought around our thoughts.

One important practice most people fail to continue is the use of a TO-DO LIST.

To do List is a list of things that one needs to get done. It is usually adopted when one is overwhelmed by a plethora of things to do.

To-do list means different to divers people. To some, a small notebook designed to record things to do, some on phone; notes to record, series of reminders and alarms.

To a researcher, it could be a project notebook to record all activities, and to a larger extent, a progress plan.

Without bickering or any iota of doubt, TO-DO LIST is an indispensable and interminable part of the success of your daily activities.

Most people intermittently forget about what they planned to do- forgetting crucial part of some information conveyed to them.

Half-forgotten memories could be despondent.

A good to do list saves time.

Time spent to recall what you initially planned to do, if only you had written it and follow accordingly.

Some claim to have their to do list in their minds, they could recite them to you at an instant. Give them few hours of work that engage their minds, sooner than later, they come crouching at you to remind them of what they planned to do.

Your to do list could be a life assessment or ‘inventory’, popularly known as Resolution.

You can’t remember all the exact details. To Ace your success in this regard, WRITE THEM! in a clear and succinct manner.

If you don’t follow a TO-DO list, nobody will ‘beat’ you anyway, But it will go a long way in addressing this issue of always forgetting your planned activities…bye for now!

Hi everyone,

If you’re here, its not by mistake. You’re here because you click on the link. lol

Today is Friday, and as part of my freelance, unplanned scribbles, it crawled together into a piece. ENJOY!!

If Monday were to be a human being, he would have resigned his job as a day in the week.

Most people complain and hate Monday too much. Yah, too much!!! Monday cannot feel our hatred too oo…

We take a spade and hit the head of Monday, just like Tom and Jerry. MONDAY HAS FINALLY GROWN BALD….

But, when I take a few minutes to think about it, I don’t really hate Monday all that much. In fact, it’s usually the most productive day of the week.

OK, not really, but you get where I’m going with this. If you don’t get it, start reading again. (We are waiting for you)

Ok, you’re done reading. Let’s go.

so at the beginning of the week, peoples ambition and enthusiasm toward work are actually high—even if not quite excited about the fact that Monday has rolled around again so soon.

Friday, on the other hand? Well, everybody loves Friday. Even the workaholics and ‘pressure givers’ at work love Friday.

People usually go to work late on Friday… Very true…

Most people basically consider Friday to be an extension of the weekend

Me kraa saf…

Many just need to bide time in order to enjoy 48 hours of relaxation. However, productivity leaves quite a bit to be desired—there’s a lot more Facebook scrolling, yawning, and mindless staring involved than I would like to admit.

A few of us also continue to work throughout, so there’s no FREE-DOM at all.

No, sorry!, I meant FREE-DAY…

Most people who work for themselves, have developed the attitude that whatever they don’t wrap up on Friday, they can take care of it on Saturday or Sunday.

Unfortunately, this usually means that we spend a big chunk of our weekend working on things we actually should’ve been able to finish beforehand.

So, I challenged myself to take my weekends back by making sure I used Friday to its full potential—despite the fact that my motivation is usually waning. Hehe

Here are a few tips and tricks that can help you realistically do that.

The tips are

2. Treat FRIDAY like MONDAY,

Still waiting for tips…you think we are acting series here!!!

We are done, byeeeeeee!

Once upon a time, the world spoke one language and had a common speech. This is just like a coin with two sides; one Language, one speech. Do you see beauty in diversity and Unity in diversity? Many people might have different topics for this event recorded in Genesis 11 known as the tower of Babel, some may call it ‘God stops a Revolt’ or some ‘rebellion’. My attention is not on the people neither on God but on the side that favors none. You can call it the ‘unity that came out of division’.

Throughout scripture God exhibits unique ways of judging sin. Anytime mankind disobeyed Him, He judged sin, while at the same time his grace made a new beginning. A God who makes something out of nothing!

Babel means ‘the gate of the gods’ or according to Genesis 11:9; confusion. The people of Babel started to build a tower so they could make a name for themselves (chapter 11:4). Because of their unity for a wrong purpose, God confused them which lead to the many languages on earth.

Their purpose was the devil’s lie in Eden; you will be like God (Genesis 3:4). They were motivated by one spirit of pride and one compelling desire to make a name for themselves. They had everything but the only thing missing was the approval of God.

Proverbs 16:18 says, pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall’. Nothing baffles or ‘paralyzes’ God on earth. God does not need to inquire from somewhere or investigate to know what is going on in this world. Amidst their pride, false sense of power, rebellion, disobedience among others, God graciously spared their lives, he could have destroyed the city, or their leader Nimrod, or the tower: but he chose to let them live. He gave them the opportunity to return to Him.

He gave us a blessing! Diversity

Today in the world, many languages are spoken; from English to French, Polish, Dutch, Africaans, Twi, Ewe, Fante, Hebrew, Hindu, Portuguese despite the fact that some languages such Sanskrit, Latin and classical Greek are near obsolete, because it was not passed on from generation to generation and many more wonderful languages not mentioned.

Many cultures evolved along the line and many are being discovered. It is a joy to see the cultural display of nations hosting the nations cup or world cups during the opening ceremonies.

Our Confusion was blessing. The biblical contrast is the earthly city of Babylon that rebels against God, and the heavenly Jerusalem that brings Glory to God…

The next time you speak your language and someone does not understand don’t fight, it is a way of bringing you closer together than before.

Solomon searched for satisfaction almost as though he was conducting a scientific experiment. Through this process, he discovered that Life without God is a long and fruitless search for enjoyment, meaning and fulfillment. True happiness is not in our power to attain because we always want more than we can have. In addition, circumstances beyond our control can snatch away our possession or attainments.

People are still searching. Yet the more they try to get, the more they realize how little they have. No pleasure or happiness is complete without God. Without him, satisfaction is a lost search.

Above everything we should strive to know and love God. He gives wisdom, knowledge and Joy.
